Delivery Information
We supply fire door compliance products to customers throughout the United Kingdom.
Orders are typically dispatched using Royal Mail or courier services, depending on the product type and fulfilment location.
Delivery Charges
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout.

Delivery charges apply per order and are displayed clearly during checkout before payment is completed.
Dispatch and Delivery Times
Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days.
Typical delivery time once dispatched is 1–3 working days, depending on the courier used.
Some specialist/custom products may require additional preparation or may be dispatched directly from a supplier. In these cases, delivery may take 5–10 working days.
Where extended lead times apply, this will normally be indicated on the product page.
Multiple Items in One Order
Some orders may be shipped from different fulfilment locations depending on the products purchased.
Where this occurs, items may arrive in separate deliveries.
You will only be charged the delivery fee shown at checkout, regardless of how many shipments are required to complete your order.
Delivery Addresses
Please ensure the delivery address is entered accurately at the time of ordering.
If an address needs to be changed after an order has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, it may not be possible to redirect the shipment.
Delayed or Missing Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier and/or supplier.
